Protein Pancakes



1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder Vanilla
1/3 cup Egg Whites
1 cup Apple Sauce
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
(Optional add in chocolate chips or blueberries)

Mix all ingredients together to make the texture of pancake mix. With a ladle scoop mix into pan and prepare as you would regular pancakes. Flip over to cook both sides.

Serve with sugar free maple syrup, Nutella or top with your favorite fruit.
