Susan Groshek

With over 20+ years of experience in health, fitness, and medicine, I combine my background as a registered nurse in emergency and invasive cardiology with my experience as a former IFBB Professional Fitness athlete and gymnast to help women 40+ transform their bodies and improve their overall health from the inside out through evidence-based strategies.

This blend of medical and fitness expertise allows me to take a comprehensive approach addressing not just workouts and nutrition, but also hormone balance, metabolism, stress, and recovery. I help women understand the changes happening in their bodies during perimenopause and menopause and teach them how to train, eat, and recover in ways that support these hormonal shifts.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communication from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, providing me with a unique foundation in both healthcare and human behavior.

Through my training app, clients gain access to personalized workout and nutrition programs that are simple to follow whether training at home, in the gym, or on the go. Each plan includes video demonstrations, progress tracking, and ongoing accountability through weekly check-ins. The app combines evidence-based programming and practical support to help women increase energy, build lean muscle, balance hormones, and achieve lasting fat loss.

My programs are designed for women navigating perimenopause and menopause who want to regain confidence, feel strong again, and create sustainable results without restriction.

I also developed The Health Hub, a one-stop resource where I share my most trusted supplement recommendations, wellness tools, and products I personally use. It also includes a growing library of recipe eBooks that make nutrition simple, enjoyable, and sustainable. These guides take the guesswork out of eating healthy and help clients stay consistent long after their program ends.
